Prices above are shared lease costs. Our Running Costs Assessment for the 2008
season is $1,900 for Full Shares & $1,300 for Half Shares.

Running Costs Assessment includes: electricity, internet, phone, water, landscaping and flowers,
weekly pool and weekly maid service, and all house staples (paper goods, kitchen staples, etc.)
including all sodas, beer, wine and liquor.

The total season cost for each Full Share = $8,000
The total season cost for each Half Share = $5,000
